It was great!
I haven't read a book like this since the neverending story and these books are better. John Peel can always make you believe he's narrarating all the characters by himself. Unlike another of my favorite writers,K.a. Applegate who writes the Animorphs. I loved how he made the humans and unicorns talk with telepathy.I also loved how sneaky he made Sarman. And how he made the Trinity and those sneaky evil canniving Shadows. Well thats all I have to say besides: TRY TO READ THEM ALL!!!!!!

This is a great book!
Everyone, this book sums everything up. The evil wizard Sarman is trying to control the Diadem with his model but needs Score, Renald, and Pixel to complete it. Will they stop him and reclaim the Diadem For good, or will evil rein? Plus if you put all the books next to each other, #1 first all they way to #6, they form a cool picture, of what happens in those books.

If I could, I'd give these books 100 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All the "Diadem" books are MUST READS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the over-all plot and wonder how Peel thinks of all the wonderful stuff he puts in his books. The Helaine, Score, and Pixel have interesting traits & personalities. People that give this book under four stars are out of there mind! I LOVE JHON PEEL'S BOOKS. He MUST write more "Diadem" books!! If you liked these book you'll love "The Secret of Dragonhome!!

I thought that this book was a great book
This book was a thriller. It kept you guessing at everything. The stange pictures and wird names took me many days to figure out how to solve them. I have read the first two but this one explains every thing that you would need to know. Every page brought new suspence. I would recomend this book to anyone that likes action, and magic books.

I thought this book was great and action packed.
I think this book was one of the best in the series, Score, Renald, and Pixel meet with unicorns named Thunder, Nova, and Flame, and have to stop an evil magician, before he stops them with huge beasts made with the elements of Water, Fire, Gas, and Rock. We want more
This whole series was a hit, it kept me reading and since it abruptly ends at this book (#6) I've been reading the 6 books over and over again, hoping for a change in heart by the author and a real ending, mind you that not rushing an ending in one book would be nice. Yes it is good for us, the readers, to use our imaginations a bit, but this was a complete cliff-hanger. The imagination/creativity is breath taking, never a cheezy moment. Mainly this book takes the story more towards an fantasy/horror story plot. Pixel is in trouble and of course Score/matt and renald/heliene jump right in to save him.... there seems to be little chance for sucsess.... what will happen?

i loved the whole Diadem series so much when i was 10 and i started rereading it again and i still definately adore it even though im now 15. i was so mad when i found that this book was his last book in the series. i really want him to make at least one other book i mean he has to the cover picture still isnt complete. i love these books so much.

Great Book; Damned Publishers
The Diadem series has been my favorite book since I was ten years old.I am now fifteen and still remember almost every little detail.To bad he finished the series so abruptly, right?

Then again, he didn't.John Peel has written the seventh book and is still working on book eight.The only reason why the series is not sold in stores is because the publishing companies refuse to publish the new books, saying that it did not sell well enough to make more, and they discontinued the already published ones.

Of all the series that I have ever read, this has to be one of my all time favorites.I started to read the Diadem series as a book report for one of my reading classes.I believe I was around 12, maybe 13 years of age.I loved the first book and I became hooked on the many sequals.I am now 16 years old and I still read the Diadem series.The characters are so well thought of, as are the villains.I was very disappointed when there were no more books after the sixth one, and I believe that John Peel left the ending like that so as to say, "There may be more coming!"Nothing could possibly ever end my love for the Diadem series.I would recommend these books to anyone of any age.I also recommend "The Secret of Dragonhome."I also own that and that is another of my favorite books. ... This Book Will Change Your Life
This is a fantasy you will never forget. The pages are covered with superior remembrance. The book is so wonderful, you won't put it down till the last page is read. This book has changed my life because it has taught me to never give up and keep trying. Like when Score, Pixel and Renald, (the main characters), were stuck in a jail cell and kept on trying to get out. They couldn't figure out a way, but they kept on trying. They tried climbing out the window, but it was too small and too high. They tried to melt the lock by combining their powers but they found out their powers weren't strong enough, yet, to melt the lock. So they took some hay and stuffed it into the keyhole. And by combining their powers again, they could catch the hay on fire and that melted the lock. The biggest reason I think this book is the best is because you didn't know what was going to happen next. This book constantly kept me in suspense. It also makes you feel like you are a part of the book. Like it was happening right before your eyes. I going to continue reading these books until I read them all!!!!!

This book ROCKS the outer rim of the Diadem!
well, in case you're wondering, the Diadem is... Hmm... Well, think of it as a big onion. With the different layers. There are many layers, and each has it's own universe. Our planet is on the outer rim of the Diadem. A human cannot travel between rims of the Diadem unless they go through a portal. Book of Names NO. 1
When I first looked at this book I thought it would be strange but when I started to read it I was transported to another dimenion. I was amazed by the story and how it was described. The way he wrote it made it seem as if you were traveling along with them and fighting by their side. I highly recommend this book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Diadem!
I read the first book...forever ago...in my small local public library. I fell in love with it. Then, on a whim, I searched for it to see if any of the new books had come out. Strangely over the years, they had! I think I'm going to go order some of the used books since they are all long out of print.

I totally suggest the book to any young reader. ...

I have read the first four books recently, and I am in love with them! My favorite characters are Pixle and the Unicorns- they are wonderful! Dondar is my favorite world because of the Unicorns and Dragons, and I love all of the magical trials they go through. These books are sooo incredible, and everyone should read them! ... Read more

The whole book series of diadem should be a tv show
Diadem 4 tells of great of 3 kids who have to help Thunder the unicorns leader to stop marmanki from taking his herd. This should be a tv show this books can give a continent a knew meaning of imagination. You should also keep on writing books and make this a computer sofware and tv show. I read 1,2,3,4, and know I will buy5, and 6

I have read all six of the diadem series at least a zillion times. Though i get teased alot by my older brother, Robert(16) for reading "childish books" i can't help but love them. I wish that John Peel would write more of the diadem books so that i can read them over and over again till they fall apart!!!! I've read like every book he's written and so has my friend, Lisa(13, soon to be 14). Though the books are recomended for ages 9-12 i'm 14 and love them!! Have i said that already? Oh well, i just wrote this to beg Mr.Peel to have mercy on my poor soul and to please PLEASE write more of the DIADEM books:the greatest series ever written!!!!

Diadem - Book of Thunder #4
Peel takes the kids on a mystical magical adventure with Unicorns. Best book of the entire series, the magical unicorns are actually fun the way they are written, very human. The kids in the book are working together very well, and care about each other.

the fact the this series was written was great pleasure. I was able to read 1-6 and they were a great experence to the imagination. This is one of the best I have read in my life. If you like fantasy, mystery, and tons of mistical creature this is your type of series.

This Book Is Awesome
If you want to know the truth, I'd give this book 100 stars but 5 was the maximum. Not only Diadem Book Of Thunder was amazing, but the rest of the Diadem books as well. Magic is everywhere with exciting events, and hold onto your seat, because you're not only going to another world, you're going to another universe! Diadem's characters
If you want to no a little bit about Diadem's characters I'll tell you.Pixel is a boy from another planet.He's from another planet were everyone lived in cyberspace so he doesn't have a lot of expearence with the real world but that's Okay because he's really smart.Hellaine is an arrogant girl that is a really good swordsmen and is really brave.She's from a rich family that was really powerful so she thinks that she is better then everyone else.Score(my persenel favorite) is a cocky homless boy from earth that thinks having friends is bad because they will just let you down.Despite his wisemouth attitude he is actually very smart.I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE THIS BOOK and would recemend it to anyone that likes magic and adventure.I hope John Peel writes 100000000000 more Diadem books.I have read all 6 Diadem books 4 times and I really love them.I think you should go out get#1 and start reading it.

this is the first diadem book iv'e read its a little like a modern lord of the rings (iv'e read all three of those) my sayso is buy it!(by the way if you like this i recomend deltora quest)

one of the best books i have ever read
I have personally only read the first book of this series (the book of names). My older brother bought it from a bookfair, and has only read it once. During a black-out I read it, and instantly fell in love. It kept me on the edge of my seat all the way through-out the book. I re-read it for about the billionth time today, and I have just ordered 2-6 of the series I love it so much. I encourage other people to read it as well, it is an excellent book.

I think the series Diedem is cool !
I like the Book of Magic.It was the most exciting book of the Diedem series I've read.I think Sarman the leader of the diedem is very powerful.I was surprised when the three kids, Score,Renald,and Pixel defeated him.I think their adventures are so cool sometimes I feel like being one of them.I think It would be cool if they made a movie of the series Diedem.Reading the last book (The Book of Nightmares) left me wondering what will happen next.I can't wait till the next book comes out.

DiaDem is the Best!
Dear Mr. John Peel,

I love your books! I think it's interesting having a new fantasy book series that incorporates some of the less widely used characters, like the centaurs, the sphinx, and the ice dragon, to the unicorns, wizards, and kids with magical power. It always interests me to view how writers portray the opposite sex in characters, and I approve of Hellaine. They are all believable, lovable, human characters, and that is perhaps your major selling point. I also like how all the book covers mold together to form one design! However, the suspense is killing us! Keep writing, Publish those books faster! We'll be waiting at the bookstore.

Kids who are reading this, if you like this, you'll probably be interested in another book series I've read. Patricia C. Wrede's "Dealing With Dragons". It's about a teanage girl who is a very improper princess, who like Hellaine, is bored with her royal duties of curtseying and needlepoint, so she voluntarily becomes a dragon's princess, and aids the dragons in their battle against the evil magic-stealing wizards.

Great book
Diadem is one of my favorite series along with Mindwarp and Animorphs. It is a great mix of suspense and fantasy. Once you start reading you can't put the book down. You just have to keep reading. The books actually make you feel like you're there with Helaine, Score and Pixel. The only thing that angers me is that John Peel stopped at book #6 and left the series hanging! Mr. Peel, please write more!!!! :(
