4-0 out of 5 stars Great Mystery Book!!!!!
This book is about a boy named Jerry and his sister, Terri. They're visiting their aunt and uncle who live next to a cemetery and a beach with a creepy cave. Unfortunatly, Terri likes to explore cemeteries and caves. So Jerry gets to spend his vacation rubbing gravestones and checking out that creepy cave on the beach. But on the way they run into three kids who say that the cave is haunted and extremely dangerous. Jerry and Terri don't believe these kids and check it out to see if it really is dangerous. But they would have been better off if they had just listened.

5-0 out of 5 stars Awesome!

5-0 out of 5 stars One of the best in the series
Finding themselves lost on a trip to Zoo Gardens Theme Park, Lizzy and Luke, their parents and their friend Clay end up at Horror Land. Things start to go wrong from the moment they arrive. First the car explodes leaving them stranded in a theme park with a group of monsters whose costumes look strangely real. Then there are the actual rides. At first Lizzy, Luke and Clay think they're pretty cool, and then they start to get scary. The house of mirrors, the doom-slide, the terrifying ride in a coffin. Soon Lizzy and the others are wondering if they will ever be able to leave Horror Land alive....

This was one of my favourite Goosebumps books. I read this four years ago when I was eight and loved it. It mixes comedy and suspense and adds several twists along the way. I recommend it to all fans of the series and nine to twelve year olds particularly.

4-0 out of 5 stars One day at HorrorLand
I think the book Horrorland was a good book, because for one this was a very interesting book and for two it had a lot of action for the ones who like action books. The book Horrorland was about two kids that survive a night at Horror Land. The students really were to attend a Theme park called Wet Willy's, but when the theme park was closed they turned back around to go home and on there way back they saw another theme park that they hadn't saw on there way there. They entered the mysterious park with extreme cautions. The people there seemed very nice. Then the little boy stopped at a ride, he slid down the slide and stayed on forever... I would highly request that you read this book to my peers.

5-0 out of 5 stars "Enter if you dare...."
I was addicted to these books when I was younger and it wasn't until I was majoring in education in college that I figured out why. They were interesting with bizarre plot twists that most 9-12 year olds don't think about and they were short (usually between 110-130 pages). I could read the whole thing in a day.

My parents also didn't have a lot of heartache with buying me a new book because these are relatively inexpensive (in the neighborhood of 3-5 bucks each).

R.L. Stine's "Goosebumps" books aren't scary, just kind of creepy. There aren't graphic descriptions of murder and mayhem. Just some ghosts, werewolves, or potions. The main character is alive in the end, and the final chapter resolves everything.

**Keep in mind, R.L. Stine has other books that aren't in the "Goosebumps" series that tend to be a little harsher when it comes to hauntings and plot. They are written more for the 12-14 age group and are longer (around 150-200 pages).

5-0 out of 5 stars Lots Of Scares...
When this book was originally released, I was in my early teens. I read it and loved it and this is the book in the series that made me start collecting the others. This is the scariest goosebump book stine ever wrote. Start your collection here!

5-0 out of 5 stars No walk in an theme park
Lizzy and her family got lost looking for zoo gardens. but that's okay, they found horrorland. it seems pretty cool. but that was before the deadly doom slide, the house of mirrors, the freaky mummy in the valley of the lost kings, the sour bat barn, and the coffin cruise.

What ever is going on, Lizzy better watch out,

Her next ride might be her last..... ... Read more

Ok, ok, so I am a bit old to be reading such books. . .But I thought it would be interesting to look back at some of the books I used to read back in the day. To my surprise, I found this book! Say Cheese and Die! is one of my favorite scary books of all time. Initially, I had read this book because I loved the picture! Still do. . .Anyways, It is about a boy named Greg who obtains a camera, though kind of an old camera, and takes pictures with it! (obviously!) But it appears the camera is broke. It doesn't show everybody in the picture! What's up with that? Greg soon unveils a haunting revelation which may put his own life in harms way! How can he convince others that this camera is more than just broken--it's EVIL!?

This is a fun book to read and I would recommend it to all middle schoolers! Of course, if you really enjoy a good horror, by all means read it regardless of age! Well, I did, anyways. ;)

5-0 out of 5 stars My very own book
The author of this book is R.L Stine. He is very knowned to all young readers. His books are about mystery and mysterious things. I read this book and I thought that it was very instersting. It was about a group of kids that found a camera and as soon as they started to take pictures things started to happen. It's kinda scary the first time you read it. You would think how could these kids not see what is going on until the end. It's very exciting and you would enjoy this book so whenever you get a chance and go and pick up this great book.

5-0 out of 5 stars Haunted Camera?
This book was a really good GOOSBUMPS book. It really makes you wonder if you take a picture and it devolpes funny, it will become true! For example, taking a picture of your friend and your friends not in it, or taking a picture of your dad's new car and it's trashed the very next second! This book was fun to read and I read in a day. I recommend to R.L. Stine fans and everybody who's looking for a good scream!

5-0 out of 5 stars SAY CHEESE AND DIE
I really liked SAY CHEESE AND DIE because R.L.STINE explained the setting and the characters very very well. He goes unto great details in the characters apperence and personality's. They had me tied up in the story. He gave the characters a bluvible personalaty for each part of the book.

I think the best part of the book was when spidy trapes grege and sharie in the basement of the coulmen house. Grege and sharie go to the coulmen house and put the camera back in the sevcret compartment in the basement.Spidy catches then in the basement and said ''You know too much to leave''.

I think the best story elements are character and conflict.Character is the best Icould say about how he acted out each character in the book. Conflict is the other one Ithought was a great one he did.He explains each detail of each problem that arrose in the book.

5-0 out of 5 stars SAY CHEESE AND DIE
    Say Cheese And Die

Who won't like a book about an evil camera that does bad things? After reading this book you will have to sleep with a night light on. I would recommend this book to all Goosebumps fans. It is a Fantastic book from R.L.Stine and it is his fourth Goosebumps book.

Say Cheese And Die is about a boy named Greg you finds an old camera in an abandoned old house. But bad things start happening his dad gets in an accident his friend Michael falls down the stairs and his friend Shari disappears. Also a man named Spidey is stalking Greg to get the camera back. This book will leave chills and thrills down your spine. I think part of the reason this book is good is because it has a good author, the author R.L. Stine.

It has a lot of action like the scene when it was Greg and Shari vs. Spidey. It has mystery like the scene on where they where searching for Shari when she disappeared. And it has horror though the whole book. So I hope you read this fascinating book Say Cheese And Die.

5-0 out of 5 stars Camp Nightmare a stones throw away from crystal lake
Ahh the memories althuogh Im older now I still remember this as one of my favorite books. This is the one book in this series with the best cover art genuinly creepy. The story is great and Billy the main character is very good and very strong. The story is great and the twist ending is awesome good for a kids book. This sort of reminds me of the film Friday the 13th which is also scary

2-0 out of 5 stars Good at first, horrible at last
This is about a boy named Billy who goes to Camp Nightmoon. He thinks it's pretty good. But then one night Billy's friend Jay comes back saying a monster named Sabre got Roger. After that, every time someone goes on a hike or event, someone disappers. Then Billy thinks hes got to get out of Camp Nightmoon.Very BAD and Cheesy ending. You've wasting your time if you read this book. The Tv Episode is much better than the book.I strongly reccomend you see the episode.I'm dissapointed with R.L. Stine on this book.If you like Goosebumps, you should read these books,Calling All Creeps,Beware The Snowman,It Came From Beneath The Sink or Goosebumps Series 2000 book Earth Geeks Must Go!

5-0 out of 5 stars "It's the little camp of horrors."
I was addicted to these books when I was younger and it wasn't until I was majoring in education in college that I figured out why. 4-0 out of 5 stars "It's the little camp of horrors!"
In "Welcome to Camp Nightmare," 12-year-old Billy is sent to an all boys' summer camp called Camp Nightmoon, a.k.a. Camp Nightmare. Here the woods are full of dangers, and the adults offer no real help or protection. So when, one by one, Billy's bunk mates start disappearing, he can only assume that he'll be next.

"Welcome to Camp Nightmare" is a fast-paced horror story, due in part to Stine's effective end-of-chapter cliffhangers. I was a little disappointed by the ending, though, but this is still a good book for 8 - 12-year-old Goosebumps fans. It's ideal summer camp reading, but only if you like to be scared.

4-0 out of 5 stars welcome to camp nightmare
In this particuler book the begging is great but the end kind of drags, but im not saying you shouldn't read it its still a great book!
The protagonist in this book is Billy. He and some other kids get sent to camp nightmoon but when the bus driver unloads everything in the middle of nowhere they think that their in the wrong place, but the driver ignored them and drove off leaving all the kids with the question still in their head where were they. After being atacked by some sort of beast uncle Al the camp consular comes to the rescue.Uncle Al shows each kid to their cabins which they had to share. Suddenly wierd things started to happen and people started missing but when Bily would ask a question the other camp consulars were mean about it and wouldnt give them the proper answer they deserve!
Hey i know what your thinking what happens next well thats all th info your getting out of me so if your curios to see what the beast is and why everyone is missing red the book and you will unlock worlds of answers!

What i liked best about this book is that was that so many things were happing in a short amount of time which builds the suspence and excitement with each coming page! ... Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars Cute, But Not One of Stine's Better Books
There isn't really a whole lot to say about this book. A couple of kids discover a vicious supernatural sponge undeneath their sink and have a run of bad luck until they love the Grool to death. Cute, goofy, and a good read for a kid, but I have seen Stine do much better than this before.

3-0 out of 5 stars Goosebumps, yeah right!
Goose bumps, It Came from under the sink! by R.L. Stine is about two siblings named Katherine nicknamed "Kat"and her little brother Daniel. They find a mysterious, mythical creature under the sink in their new house. They find out it is called a grool and that it gives the owner bad luck. They found that information in the Encyclopedia of the Weird and question it's authenticity. They later get suspicious after suddenly a lot of bad things happen to them and have less doubt of it being true.
I enjoyed the book although some parts were really not that scary at all. It was pretty hard to picture some of the things in the book like the grool or lanx which is another mythical creature. If you like really scary books, then this book might not be the typical R.L. Stine book that you would expect. The reason I would recommend this book is because it gives you a break from the pretty scary parts and gets you to relax and get back into reality for a bit. I like mystery books because you don't know what is going to happen next.

3-0 out of 5 stars Pretty good, but not his best
This book was okay, but if you're a Goosebumps fan like me, you know you can get better stories with the other books. Say, The Horror at Camp Jellyjam or Stay out of the Basement would be great books to buy. 'Cause this one just isn't scary. It just isn't. Okay, maybe it would be scary to you if you found a mutant sponge under the sink, but believe, me YOU ARE NOT IN FOR A SCARE. I reccomend that you go out and buy other Goosebumps books that have good reviews. Who knows, maybe I'll be there. But I'm just warning you that this isn' scary at all- it's got it's funny parts.

3-0 out of 5 stars Not as good as you would think
I really adore R.L. Stine but this book didn't intrigue me. The beginning was mediocre, the middle of the book was a little interesting. But the end was horrendously terrible. I felt this was a waste of my time and my money, sorry.

    5-0 out of 5 stars A Grool? That's new!
I like R.L Stine books because he leaves us hanging from a cliff at the end. He always writes stories that have never been thought up before. The Grool could not be destroyed by force or violence but Kat thought about it and found a way to destroy it. It wasn't very new that monsters be destroyed by love and kindness but it can't all be new! He did a great job and this book is really worth buying! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars a real exciting adventure
This book is about a kid named Billy, and his sister Sheena. They live on the ocean on a boat. Billy's uncle, Dr. D, is an Oceanographer. He studies the sea. Billy and Sheena go scuba diving to study underwater life, and find new discoveries. They find a lot. Billy even came face to face with a hammerhead shark! One day they found a mermaid. The most amazing discovery in history. Everyone fights over the mermaid because she is worth a lot of money. If you like a really exciting book with lots of action then you would want to read Goosebumps. I thought this was a great book! Iwould give it five stars.

the book maybe enticing to young kids but compared to great pieces by the authors shakespeare, lois lowry, louis sachar, and avi. I read the book about 3 times when i was young. It was ok. nothing scary, but it would make a great movie. i suggest you get it from the library instead of buying it because it WILL get boring.

5-0 out of 5 stars A Shocker On Shock Street
A Shocker on Shock Street is full of suspense and sends chills down your back. It's characters are two kids who love scary movies. The cool thing is that it's setting is at Shocker Studio Theme Park. All the scary things turn real which is neat to me. They think it's fake until they bump into living, scary creatures. The book is vivid on it's words. This book makes think your watching the terror unfold right before your very own eyes. You will find the end kind of funny because you find out the two main characters are robots. They were just apart of the theme park. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes scary tales. Both adult and child.

5-0 out of 5 stars Shocking story
It is quite an amazing book. I just love the idea of giant praying mantises in a studio tour. The story really works when Chapter 16 starts because of him thinking of the joke when really it wasn't. Then is when the suspense really builds up. Someone or something is there, waiting for him. When she finds her dad though you just know what is going to happen, well you can guess?

3-0 out of 5 stars Ride of your life
This book is written by R.L. Stine. This is a horror book. People who read this book may like it. I know I did.
This book is about two boys. They both like to see the movies shocker on Shock Street. One boy's dad work at shocker studio. They both were invited to go there and be the first kids to ride a new ride at the studio. The end was......
well, go and read it to find out the ending.

4-0 out of 5 stars This is an alright book
I think this book is an alright book.I liked it when Erin and Marty got trapped by the praying mantis'. I also liked it when they got chased by the werewolves. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes horror books.

2-0 out of 5 stars Pretty Good Book, But Terrible Ending
It was a pretty good story about two freind(Marty and Erin)that loved horror movies and went to a horror theme park. The firsthalf of the book was good, but..... I'm 15 and I still like Goosebumps. How to Kill a Monster was the first Goosebumps book I've read in a while. The book was so cool. It's about Gretchen and her stepbrother Clark, where they have to stay with their whacko grandparents in "Mud Town". Later in the book, they both discover a monster living there and they must find a way to kill it, before it gets them....

5-0 out of 5 stars Read this book
I read the book How to Kill a Monster by R.L. Stine. It was a very interesting book because it had a lot of twists in it that you wouldn't expect. I liked the part when the monster was chasing the kids and when the kids tried to kill the monster. I would suggest this book to anyone who likes mysteries.

5-0 out of 5 stars THIS BOOK ROCKS!
This book is so awesome! But, still, I don't think anyone would leave to get help that they will never get. Back to how awesome this book was. If you liked "Welcome To dead House" alot, you will not like this one. It is NOTHING like "Welcome To Dead House", so, don't buy it, if you liked Book #1. Also, I liked the names of the charactors. Gretchen, Clark, I've barely ever heard those names, but now I think they're cool names. So, again, THIS BOOK ROCKS!

5-0 out of 5 stars The Cuckoo Clock of Doom
This book is a thrilling adventure about a boy and his little sister threatens her brother. On his birthday she ruins it by telling jokes about her brother to his friends. One day his father buys a antique clock and warns his son not to touch it, but without his father noticing he turned the cuckoo bird the opposite it used to be facing.
I thought it was kind of a sad story because you would not want a little sister who threatens your life and plays tricks on you. Also I thought the book was pretty scary when the clerk tells a story about the cuckoo clock. The cuckoo clock was really old and it was also cursed and weird things happened to the people who messed with it.

4-0 out of 5 stars Cuckoo Clock of Doom
The book I reviewing is The Cuckoo Clock Of Doom by R.L. Stine.
If you like books where people go back in time, you should read this book because an entire family travels back ten years.
It was very interesting because Michael, the main character, and his family were in a backwards time warp. The second part I think was interesting when his family didn't believe him, and he was getting younger.
One part of the story that was a little scary was when Michael got on a bus in a three- year- olds body, but acted as if he was still twelve.
This is an R.L. Stine book, so if you like his books read this one.

R.L. Stine has written great books and this book is almost as good as my favorite, "Ghost Beach".

Michael's dad buys a cuckoo clock that he has wanted for 15 years. His sister, "Tara the Terrible", is always getting Michael into trouble. At 12:00 a.m., Michael tries to get his sister in trouble by turning the cuckoo bird's head around. Soon weird things begin to happen! He gets younger and younger until he is 1 year old. If you want to find out what happens read this book.

5-0 out of 5 stars Good book!
This is one of my favorite Goosebumps books! These 2 kids go to this scary camp called CampJellyJam and have this mean counselor... They gotta compete in games and if they win, they get coins.. And if you get so many coins you gotta go to the Winning Walk then people that are in the Winning Walk starts diseappearing... You gotta read the rest of the book to find out the rest!

5-0 out of 5 stars A scary book if your 10 or 12...or even 7!
Then of course I read this book a long time ago when I was 11, and I loved it from page one. The book is about a little girl named Wendy; a non-altletic girl who ends up in a strange camp after the trailer gets unattached from their parents van, and now they end up in a strange camp where everyone is competive, and the counselors are strange acting. Now the strange thing about it was this: her parents dont see the trailer get un-attached, but hey this is a R.L. Stine book, so what do you expect? I thought so. Now as she spends more time at the camp, kids start to disapper, and the counselors go into the woods every night like they are in a cult or something, and Wendy discovers the horrible truth!
The book is good, but now when I look back at it, I think that it could of been better, but it was good no matter what. I am 20 and now when I got the chance to reread it, I was laughing because R.L. Stine tries to be the kid version of Stephen King without the cursing or brutal horror that King adds to his novels. So kids if you are reading this, once you get older, read some Stephen King, and trust me, you wont be disappointed.

    5-0 out of 5 stars "Tennis...canoeing...monsters. Anyone?"

4-0 out of 5 stars horror at a camp of competion
The Horror at Camp Jellyjam was exiting and scary. They got
separated from their parents and found by a camp counsler
buddy. Who told them about camp and to wait for there
parents. The parents were looking for them at camp. The camp said the kids weren't there. They had to compete. They had to collect coins but once they collected them they disappared after
the winners walk. I dont want to give away the ending.

3-0 out of 5 stars AN O.K. BOOK
There where these two boys and they went to this camp that was very scary. One of the oldest boys had gotten very sick, so they went to the camp director who was very mean, and the boys had to go home.I would recommend this book to middle age readers because i think it is a pretty good book. ... Sue and her brother,Eddie, are visiting london when they run into a little problem. They can't find their tour group.Still there's no reason to panic. No way their tour guide would just leave them. All alone. In a glommy old prison tower. No way they'd get locked inside. After dark. With those eerie sounds. And a strange dark figure that wants them ... dead.If you want to find out what happens to Sue and Eddie & the strange dark figure. You need to read this story. And if you like scary stories this ones for you the end.

5-0 out of 5 stars good book
Even though I'm not a kid but I love to read, I thought that this book "A night in terror tower" was very good. You won't believe but I have read it 4 times.

4-0 out of 5 stars read this book
Terror Tower is one of the best books I've read. It is really scary. It's about a brother and sister. They can't find their way out of the tower. A person from the tower is following them and trying to catch them. Read the book to find out what happens. I recommend this book; I think you will like it.

4-0 out of 5 stars A Night In Terror Tower By: R.L. Stine
This book is pretty frightening in the mind. It was a good book, because, I could actually image what was going on in my mind, even know I did not want to see what was going on in certain points.
This book was a bout a boy and his sister, going to see a museum of an old castle, while at there grandparents, because there parents were out of town. Things were normal at first, but shortly after, the UN real had happened, one of the wax figures came to life, and tried to get them. They ended up going into the past, and they were running for there life. I will let you decide the fate of the boy and his sister......

4-0 out of 5 stars Adventure and Stuff.
A NIGHT IN TERROR TOWER may not be one of R.L. Stine's creepiest books, but it is one of the better action/adventure stories I've read in the Goosebumps series. The story starts out like the typical Goosebumps spookfest with a couple of kids getting lost in the Terror Tower in London and being chased by a sinister looking man who wears black. However, the story soon evolves into something like a fantasy adventure. I loved this story. However, because of a few plot holes at the end, I only gave it four stars instead of five. Other than that, it's a great book that's a little bit different than the average Goosebumps tales. ... Read more

If you want a chill Ghost Camp is a book that you would want to read. This story takes place at Camp Spirit Moon. Where Harry Alex meet a couple of ghostly friends. It all starts when they have to go to the late start camp. Things are normal there making friends and having fun. Then things start getting freaking, like people getting stabbed with forks and not getting hurt. And sticky blue stuff all over the floor of the cabins. This book relates to a lot of R.L.Stines books. I recommend this book to anybody who likes to get a chill.

4-0 out of 5 stars Something Unnatural.
Alex and his brother Harry travel to Camp Spirit Moon to spend part of their summer. Once they get there strange things start to happen. At first, the brothers are convinced that it's nothing more than some practical jokes to initiate them into camp life. However, the events get more strange and bizarre and Harry and Alex soon realize that Camp Spirit Moon is more horrifying than anything they could have imagined.

This is one of the few Goosebumps books I read that had a truly scary ending. Be forewarned because this book can scare younger readers.

Would you like to go to a camp that is so creapy ?Well a boy named Alex and his brother Harry went to camp Spirit moon .They saw a lot of weird things like kids sticking poles through their foots ,and kids swiming underwater for a long time .Alexs brother Harry never can wait to get off the car but when he rode the bus he got boared because he and his brother were the only passengers and it was very creapy .
I think ghosts are creapy because they haunt us and scare us a lot .I think that nobody likes ghosts and ghosts dont like us because we are scared of them ,and dont like them .

4-0 out of 5 stars I Will Never Look at Plants the Same Way Again!
Although not as sharp as his first outing in the immensely popular "Goosebumps" series, "Stay Out of the Basement" is still quite the page-turner. R.L. Stine has the ability to grab his readers' attentions almost immediately, and that is one reason why his books are so adored by millions of kids everywhere.

This was one of the many "Goosebumps" books I got for Christmas in sixth or seventh grade. I had changed from "I'll never read those stupid books" to "I want them all!" I hadn't had most books for more than a couple of hours before they were already read. That's how hooked I was.

"Stay Out of the Basement" starts off with Margaret and Casey playing Frisbee. Their father, Dr. Brewer, is a scientist who always has to wear a baseball cap on his head; he does this because, as we later find out, one of his experiments go awry and the side-effects include having leaves growing out of his head instead of hair.

Things are going fine for Margaret and Casey until they start noticing things. Things like their father's insistent warnings to never go down into the basement; things like millions of bugs squirming around in his bed; things like their father scarfing down plant food and trying to make them eat it, too! As if having leaves sprouting up from under his cap wasn't weird enough!!

The climax works well in this book. It all comes down to the classic "Who do you trust?" saga. Towards the end, we discover that there are two Dr. Brewers; one is a real person, and one is a human-sized plant-like clone. Margaret has to decide who is lying and who is telling the truth when each Dr. Brewer claims to be her and Casey's father. I remember back when I first read it and not knowing who it was going to be. R.L. Stine had done such a wonderful job in writing the book that I didn't know who to trust, either.

In case you're a viewer who's never read the book, I won't spoil the ending for you. It's classic R.L. Stine, as everyone who has read his series will identify with. This is one "Goosebumps" book that will give you what it says.

1-0 out of 5 stars Stay Out Of The Basement
This book in my mind was horrible, I do not think there was even one point in the book, were there was any excitement.
This book was about a pare of children (brother and sister), who's father is a plant scientist. One day, there father was down in there basement for hour, trying to fulfill some kind of experiment. When he came up, he seemed changed, a little rude. There Mom had gone on a business trip the day after, that's when things started to become weird. There father was trying to feed them plant food! Ewww! So they went down in to the basement while there father was asleep. What they found I cannot tell you......

5-0 out of 5 stars "STAY OUT OF THE BASMENT"
Stay out of the Basement was either my second third forth or fifth Goosebump book I ever bought. I started collecting them in Kindergarten. This one is a very good book. Even if you are not in to Goosebump's, This is a book worth reading. It's not really a Horror. It's more of a Mystery Thriller. This is a book worth reading. It is very interesting.

5-0 out of 5 stars ooooooohhhhhhh
In Stay Out Of The Basement, a girl's scientific father has been acting very strangely lately. She thinks that he might be half man and half plant. He has been working on an experiment for a very long time. His daughter wants to know what he is up to,so she goes into the basement to the lab and discovers that her Father's clone, who is made of plants, trapped her real dad in the closet. She couldn't tell which was which. Will she destroy her own father? Read the book and find out.

4-0 out of 5 stars Good Story, But No Goosebumps.
Unlike the first several books in the series and many of the books that were to come in the Goosebumps 2000 series, this book really wasn't very spooky or scary. Jordan and his sister Nicole get to go to Alaska with their Dad because he has been paid to photograph an Abominable Snowman. Jordan and his sister are besides themselves because they have never seen snow and now they are going to be able to see it for the first time. However, while staying in a cabin in the frozen northern wilderness, the family's guide takes off with all the family's food and supplies while the Dad is taking some pictures of a frozen stream. The kids chase the guide, but end up getting lost and fall into the lair of the Abominable Snowman.

The story flows together really smoothly and there aren't any plotholes. There are a few things that don't make too much sense, however. And the story is not scary at all, leaving me without any goosebumps. Still it's a good story and makes for a decent read. Not R.L. Stine's greatest, but not too shabby, either.

5-0 out of 5 stars And You Thought The Monster Under The Bed Was Scary!
You're starting to really hate Pasadena because of the very, but I mean very hot weather. You've got three ideas to chose from. (A) Live in the fridge. (B) Visit the Abom.inable Snowman. (C) Think of Snow. If you chosed B, you're correct! That was what Jordan and Nicole did. What do you do when you have snow from the Abominable Snowman's cave? You get rid of it, that's what! Read this book to give yourself Goosebumps!

1-0 out of 5 stars How this book is so boring !
This book is so boring because of how dumb it is. Also i thought that this book is so boring because it mostly talks about the characters and it does not talk about the storie and those are my thoughts about the storie.

5-0 out of 5 stars Walking Scarecrow
This book is about a boy named Mark and his sister Jodie. They went to vist their grandparents' farm over the summer. Strange things were happening. Grandma doesn't make her prize winning pancakes anymore and Grandpa has even stoped telling ghost stories. The strangest thing of all is that every night at twelve o'clock the scarecrows move!
I really liked this book. I would give it 5 stars. If you like scary books, then you should read The Scarecrow Walks At Midnight.

3-0 out of 5 stars Don't Miss This Review About Scarecrows!
The Scarecrow Walks at Midnight by R.L. Stine

Jodie can already imagine the stories her grandpa will be telling around the fireplace at night. She can also taste her grandma's chocolate chip pancakes. Guess again! When Jodie and her brother Mark get there, they realize that their grandparents are out-of-shape. Then one night, Jodie sees the twelve new scarecrows trying to get off their stakes! Will people believe her? If you're hoping to be a farmer, read this book.

This book was okay. I chose this book because it looked the really scary. I also picked this book because I like the Goosebumps series.

I think R.L. Stine tried to show how people can cooperate. Or, he wanted to show us how much responsibility you need on a farm.

Bad Angela! Bad girl - u deserve a spanking......and so does everyone else who doesn't read this book! Attack of the Living Sink III is the best Noosepumps book I have ever read! I hope she writes a sequel. especially the part when Maxine and tyler were sneaking around in the museum. and the werewolf jumped out. and ate their brains. but it turned out maxine was an alien and tyler was an invisible vampire whose fangs hadn't grown in yet - that is the BEST ending. i highly recommend this bookster ... 5-0 out of 5 stars The Ghost next door:
This book may not be scary, but its still good reading!!!

Hannah has been bored all summer, she is curious and mad about her best friend not writing her back from summer camp. Then while in her backyard a ball is hit into her yard and a young boy about Hannah's age comes to retrieve it. Thus starts the interrogation: When did you move in? How did you move in with out seeing us?

Because Hannah's sure he couldn't have just moved in without her knowing and esp. since h's lived there for weeks!!! And the funny thing is he didn't notice Hannah either. She begins to suspect that he might be a ghost and that he's living at the house by himself.

To find out the rest read the book!!!

    God Bless ~Amy

5-0 out of 5 stars The Ghost Next Door
"Nooooooo!" Hannahs wail echoed in the darkness that sorrounded her.Hannah has a very strange and difficult life.
Hannah got very frighten when she found out she had next door neighboors without her noticing they moved in one summer day.Hannah family wasn't there so she couldn't talk out her problems with her family about her new next door neighboor.
If I were in the character's shoes I would go home and not wander around like Hannah did.

This one is book #3 and called 'Monster Blood'. It's a four-part story. 'Monster Blood' is about a kid named Evan Ross. His family is moving to Atlanta, and he has to stay with his great Aunt while his parents are picking out a new house. Aunt Kathryn lives with her black cat Sarabeth. Then Evan meets a girl named Andy, and they become friends. They go to an toy store and find a can of Monster Blood. They think it's a fun toy, so they buy it. But it turns out that the can of Monster Blood is real and it starts to grow and grow and will not stop growing! I don't want to ruin the ending for you so you'd better go read it to find out what happens to them!

This book is about a kid named Evan that stays with his great aunt Kathryn. He stays there because his parents went to look for a better home in Atlanta. While staying with his weird aunt, he meets a girl named Andy. Andy wants to go to a old toy store, so Evan goes with her.Evan finds in a shelf in dust a can of monster blood. He buys it and plays with it. His dog plays and likes it too much he eats some. Evan then sees that the monster blood is growing and now he has a big appetite.

I like this book because it's exciting and not boring. I like it too because it's a scary story. All the people in the story stay in character. I hope you read this book later in the future.

5-0 out of 5 stars One of the Best
I thought that this book was a great book to read. It's really creative and it gets sooo intense at the end that you can't put it down. I recommend this book to R.L. Stine fans who haven't read it. It's probably the best one I've read.

5-0 out of 5 stars "It's a monster blood drive!"
I was addicted to these books when I was younger and it wasn't until I was majoring in education in college that I figured out why. They were interesting with bizarre plot twists that most 9-12 year olds don't think about and they were short (this one is 124 pages).

5-0 out of 5 stars best book ever!
in this book evan buys green monster blood at the toy store-i think it is the best goosebumps book that i've read so far! I couldn't put it down! ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Who's afraid of the big, bad wolf?
This book is not scary but a lot of fun to read. It's about this boy named Grady that finds a dog. Now, that's when the trouble starts. First, there was a hawk and a rabbit torn to shreds. Then, there was strange howling in the night. No way that dumb old dog could be a werewolf! Is there?

This is an awesome book! It is filled with action packed fun and Spookiness. It is spooktacular! It is about this girl named Grady, who moves to a neighborhood and makes two new friends, Cassie and Will. In the end Will turns out to be the werewolf and bites Grady and passes on the curse to her. My favorite parts are when they here scratching noises at the door
In the middle of a full night. The scariest parts are when Grady and Will were out exploring in the swamp and they
Found a dead, torn apart vulture and when a snake bites Grady. I give this book five stars.

4-0 out of 5 stars Are You Afraid Of The Big Bad Wolf ?
The book Goosebumps: The Werewolf Of Fever Swamp Is a very good book after chapter 1. The book, in the beginning, has a slow start. That is one of the reasons I rated it four stars. The book really picks up after the first chapter. I think it is a good read for kids in grads 4 through 6. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars The ghost house
I thought this book was exciting because it keeps you guessing and make you want to know what's going to happen next. This book is scary if you were to read at night because there's a ghost in the book and you might think they are in your house. Also, the book was sort of boring at times because it's not talking about anything but it's good overall.
The book takes place a few years ago and the setting is at this old dusty, scary looking house. The main characters in this book are the dog named Petey, the bad boy Josh, the girl Amanda, Mom, Dad, and the salesman Mr.Dawes.My favorite character in the book is Amanda because she is nice and her parents have no problems with her.
I would recommend the book to anyone who likes a scary book, ages 12-15.

4-0 out of 5 stars dead house here i come
my book is called welcome to dead house by R.L.Stine. it's part of the goosebumps series. So if you want to know more about welcome to dead house lisin to me, oh and just to let you know my name is C.J. Kafitz.

Starting off with Amanda and Josh. Amanda and Josh think the old house their dad's great Uncle Charels left themin his will is weird, spooky and possibly haunted. In fact, they think the whole town of Dark Falls (that is where their new house is), is pretty strange, too.

Coming up next is the parents. Their parents don't quite, um how do I say this, oh ya, that's right, they don't believe them. All they say is, " Stop looking down and start looking up why don't you go meet some new friends?"

So Amanda and Josh do what their parents say. But the friends they make aren't exactly what their parents had in mind. Because they want to be friends forever..... The place really is hauted. Amanda and Josh get out alive, find out if anyone else does.

If you ask me about what I thought of the the book. I would say it's a great book that keep on the line. It's also a good book if you want a good scare. Well, that's all I have to say about Welcome to Dead House. If you want more info, well you'll just have to read the book.
