5-0 out of 5 stars great reference book
This is a really good book to use whenever you need to know something about starting a business. For me, it wasn't something that I would want to read cover-to-cover. As a 14-year-old, there was one thing I could really do without: the sketchy pictures of wizards and dragons. They're just plain corny, and something that I don't want to look at when I'm thinking about starting a business. But don't worry, it's not that bad, you just have to be able to ignore things very well. Don't let it stop you from buying the book, cause other than that, it's pretty good. I am glad that I have it, and I would reccomend it to the ambitious teenager.

5-0 out of 5 stars GREAT BOOK, A MUST BUY
I WaITED 3 WEEKS FOR THIS BOOK, WELL WORTH IT!!!!!! BUY IT TODAY, GREAT TIPS ON WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR BUSINESS IDEAS AND HOW TO FINANCE THEM. IM 14 YEARS OLD,... AND THIS BOOK REALLY SHOWED ME THE WAY TO SUCCESS, ...

5-0 out of 5 stars Whiz Teens in Business: Turning Teens into Trep's
I recently bought this book. I Have always been interested in starting my own business. Whiz teens in Business told me everything i needed to know! It inspired me to start my own business! I have figured out a way to host domain names for free. I am soone going to open Next Level Networks with only a budget of $30.00! My Expected Return: Over $1,000.00 a month! That is pretty good for an investment of only $30.00! I recommend this book all teens, and Adults too!

5-0 out of 5 stars COMPLETE GUIDE, THIS IS ALL YOU NEED!!!
I had a desire to start my own business, but did not know exactly what to do and how to do it. When I looked through this book, I knew I had a gold mine in my hands. It had everything I needed, from Ideas to registration information and basic contracts, it even comes with a diskette that has spreadsheets and other basic documents you'll need, and it tells you how to use them all! Let me tell you it was well worth it. I am now in business, and I have only one thing to thank, the Whiz Teens in Business book. It tought me how to take my ideas and make them realities. This book answered all my questions, I ONLY HAD TO LOOK IN ONE PLACE. If you have any desire at all to start your own business, take a look at this book, it's not a purchase, it's an investment, i give it five stars too!

3-0 out of 5 stars Alright
The book is useful, and tells you a lot of things that are vital to starting a business. However, most thinks she tells you about can be found anywhere, such as online. It doesn't have information that you can't find somewhere else. But the part in the beggining about Kids in business is kind of cool.

5-0 out of 5 stars Milk Mania: Better than the first book!! Get it!!
Milk Mustache Mania is a must-have for any fans of the ad campaign!! It is thinner and not as long as the first book (The Milk Mustache Book) but it is better IMO because they have all the brand new ads featured in full-color pages that also include a detailed description of the people featured in each ad and interesting tidbits about why they decided to do an ad or little facts like how Dewey from Malcolm in the Middle helped make the chocolate milk in his ad!!

This book is at a gerat price for what you get and it's a really interesting read as well as an addition to anyone's collection of milk ads!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Loved this book
The milk ads are the best, I've been collecting them for a long time and it's really great to have them all in one cool book. My friends are all talking about this. I loved the first book and love this one too! Keep those ads coming...can't wait to see who is next!

5-0 out of 5 stars Finally - More Milk Ads!

Book Description

On a summer evening, when it's just too hot to sleep, a child amuses himself by imagining all the delightfully funny animals he would like to be. There's a tap-dancing giraffe, a musical chimpanzee, a mountain goat in silly socks ... the fun goes on and on until the boy - and young listeners - are finally ready for sleep. But before they drift off, children will enjoy looking for a special character who appears in each of the illustrations.

Maryjane Begin's lustrous, brilliantly detailed illustrations illuminate the imaginative night-dreams in Thomas Hood's classic nineteenth-century poem. Warm and playful, this reissue of a modern classic is just the book for bedtime snuggling. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars review for: Before I Go To Sleep
Realistic, detailed pictures. Modern in the way of letting kids know they can be anything they want to be, and fun because it takes you many places, it's adventurous.

5-0 out of 5 stars So Much To See and Hear
My 3 1/2 year old has loved this book since he was very little. The poem captivates his imagination and the pictures are wonderful to look at. He loves to show me which animal the boy is imagining and loves to find as many things from the poem in the picture on the last page. It's funny and sweet and kids discover new things every time they read it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Before I Go to Sleep
It's a rhyming book about a boy that lies in bed thinking of the things he would like to be. I would recommend this book to a younger audience as it is easy reading and there are more pictures than words. A book on poetry with excellent color illustrations, and would recommend it for the 2nd graders.

5-0 out of 5 stars This is the best bedtime book I've read to my children.

4-0 out of 5 stars Overall very good...
As a former educator I was very interested in the authors' choices for a 2nd grade scope and sequence (specific objectives to be taught). Although the objectives taught are excellent, it was difficult to determine what they were because nowhere in the book were yearly objectives listed. I had to dig them out of each daily lesson. That was frustrating. Almost as frustrating was digging out a list of literature needed for the year. Again, I had to search each lesson. All that aside, the lessons are excellent and provide numerous approaches to teaching concepts. This is not simply a workbook as many homeschool texts are. I recommend it to all homeschoolers who are willing to work a little harder to provide a quality education for their child. I plan to use this text to homeschool my child this year.

3-0 out of 5 stars An inexpensive help for homeschoolers with 1 or 2 children
The Learn at Home series is pretty thorough but it requires a lot of effort and preparation on the teachers part. It is not an all-inclusive package but a good guideline. The thick books are difficult for the students to use when they do the worksheets in them and the pages are not designed to tear out and photocopy. This series is not for big families with 1 teacher because there is alot of time in gathering manipulatives and resources. I don't recommend it for the nervous beginner but my wife liked it's plans. I thought the vocabulary was too easy for the grades. It would be a great model for your school year planning and is inexpensive.

5-0 out of 5 stars A great start for any new homeschooling parent!!
This is homeschooling simplified! All books, resources, and supplies are clearly identified. An added plus is that book titles are available at amazon.com, and the weekly lesson plans keep parents on the right track. With additional room to improvise, you can't go wrong with this one. ...
