Book Description

One of the most common reasons so many new drug, medical device, or equipment applications are rejected each year by the FDA is the failure to properly develop and document plans and procedures. This is required of both U.S. and foreign companies wishing to market their products in the United States. The lack of well defined validation standard operating procedures may result in adverse FDA findings, recalls, and heavy financial losses. Key FDA guidelines on good manufacturing practice (GMP), good laboratory practice (GLP), and validation do not describe exactly how to develop a master validation plan, how to achieve compliance, or the standard operating procedures and documentation required. This text provides the required validation standard operating procedures and documentation necessary for achieving compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. The text and CD are designed to minimize workload and optimize time, money, and resources. A comprehensive when-and-how-to-do-it guide, Validation Standard Operating Procedures provides the needed administrative solutions and guidance for achieving compliance with FDA requirements, and for obtaining authorization to market products in the United States. The CD-ROM contains 74 template validation standard operating procedures that can be tailored to meet the regulatory compliance requirements of any pharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical device, medical equipment, and biotech product. You can edit, print, and customize these procedures to fit your needs. The book and CD work together to minimize the number of documents used and to ensure their accuracy. All critical elements and requirements of validation are covered, so you can easily implement them and avoid the stress that usually accompanies an FDA audit.Features"Provides all the information that managers need to establish functions, acceptance criteria, and validation procedures in compliance with FDA guidelines"Includes step-by-step directions for translating GMP requirements into action, based on your company's Master Validation Plan and execution protocols "Describes how to establish test functions and prevent defects in order to produce products that are fit for use"Serves as an ideal companion to Haider's Pharmaceutical Master Validation Plan ... 2-0 out of 5 stars Practical Guide to Natural Medicines is better!
I'm a former practicing pharmacist, now a health promotion educator who must, for my lectures, keep up to date on the rapidly emerging information (peer reviewed research & commercial publications, internet, etc.) about medicinals, vitamins, minerals, supplements, herbs, natural remedies, etc. available to public with and without a prescription. My goal is to ferret out fact from fiction. I believe THE AMERICAN PHARMACEUTICAL ASSOCIATION PRACTICAL GUIDE TO NATURAL MEDICINES is a MUCH BETTER (a FIVE star) resource--especially since it's a 1999 publication that cites sources including German monographs that are basis of PDR. The description of APA Guide, on Amazon.com, does not do this book justice. Once I got PRACTICAL GUIDE TO NATURAL MEDICINES I no longer used PDR.

5-0 out of 5 stars PDR for Herbal Medicines
I just received this book. I'm a family physician and I get lot of questions about herbal products. This is the most comprehensive and up-to-date reference source on herbal medicines. I found infromation on new interactions between St. John Wort and cyclosporine, AIDS drugs, and others. I would strongly recommend other physicians to get this book.

1-0 out of 5 stars Buyers beware on this one.
This was published by Medical Economics and no author is listed. If you're a true herbalist, expect this book to be slanted to the drug cartel's viewpoint.

Andrew Bentley (Alfalfa and Buckwheat) aptly pointed out that info is left out and it says some data is not available, but it is.

Jerry Cott in his review points out their report on St. John's Wort. Do you really think this was not done on purpose? Imagine the dollars lost if people stopped taking the drugs that this herb will sometimes help.

Be sure to read what the pharmacist said. I applaud you as your lively hood depends on this type of manipulation of the truth.

Buyers beware on this one if you want the truth.

5-0 out of 5 stars Best Herbal Reference
This is the most complete reference for herbal medicines that I have seen.It contains many common names as well as Latin names. Being a Certified Pharmacy Technician for 15 years this is a must have. There are probably 100 questions a month on what the side effects and interactions are of various herbal medicines. It is an invaluable reference guide for all pharmacies!

5-0 out of 5 stars Pdr has produced a benchmark!
Haven previosuly used herbal medicines, and being an inqusitive person by nature, I simply had to examine this reference work, i.e., PDR for Herbal Medicines (1st Ed). What Pdr has accomplished is no small feat. They have taken the most used and common herbal medecines and put them all in one vollume. Want to find out about St. Johns Wort and its effects and side effects. Then this source is the right answer and it will supply the answer. The picture section all the herbs is a nice addition and the latin names for these herbs is a bonus. Highly Recommended. ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Good Reference Book
I purchased the last edition of this book, but decided more people would read the review for this edition. The book is an excellent review of Pharmacy. Note that I did not say an excellent review for the NAPLEX. This book has more information than you will need to pass the exam. However, if you are worried about your skills or would like to brush up this is an excellent reference. Try not to get too hung up on the questions you miss. Also advice for students taking the NAPLEX soon, don't take the pre-NAPLEX. It's a waste of 50 dollars. Chances are you'll pass the NAPLEX look at the statistics. ... Read more

Book Description

Praise for the First Edition of Design and Analysis of Clinical Trials
"An excellent book, providing a discussion of the clinical trial process from designing the study through analyzing the data, and to regulatory requirement . . . could easily be used as a classroom text to understand the process in the new drug development area."
-Statistical Methods in Medicine
A complete and balanced presentation now revised, updated, and expanded
As the field of research possibilities expands, the need for a working understanding of how to carry out clinical trials only increases. New developments in the theory and practice of clinical research include a growing body of literature on the subject, new technologies and methodologies, and new guidelines from the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH).
Design and Analysis of Clinical Trials, Second Edition provides both a comprehensive, unified presentation of principles and methodologies for various clinical trials, and a well-balanced summary of current regulatory requirements. This unique resource bridges the gap between clinical and statistical disciplines, covering both fields in a lucid and accessible manner. Thoroughly updated from its first edition, the Second Edition of Design and Analysis of Clinical Trials features new topics such as:
* Clinical trials and regulations, especially those of the ICH
* Clinical significance, reproducibility, and generalizability
* Goals of clinical trials and target population
* New study designs and trial types
* Sample size determination on equivalence and noninferiority trials, as well as comparing variabilities
Also, three entirely new chapters cover:
* Designs for cancer clinical trials
* Preparation and implementation of a clinical protocol
* Data management of a clinical trial
Written with the practitioner in mind, the presentation assumes only a minimal mathematical and statistical background for its reader. Instead, the writing emphasizes real-life examples and illustrations from clinical case studies, as well as numerous references-280 of them new to the Second Edition-to the literature. Design and Analysis of Clinical Trials, Second Edition will benefit academic, pharmaceutical, medical, and regulatory scientists/researchers, statisticians, and graduate-level students in these areas by serving as a useful, thorough reference source for clinical research.

3-0 out of 5 stars Not bad, but not the final word, either
This is a decent book for an introduction to the wards, but is certainly not the be all and end all for step 2. It should be targeted much more for second year students getting their first exposure to bedside medicine, and presents a nice and digestible look at approaches to various common conditions.

Use it for what it is and don't expect it to save your life, either on the wards or the USMLE, and it'll do just fine by you. Not bad, but again, not complete enough or in depth enough to make it a must-have resource.

2-0 out of 5 stars read this and flunk the step 2
seriously, its a nice read....but it totally lacks the detail you need for the step 2
i found it off the point totally. after reading it twice, i thought "i know nothing".....and that was probably true. i aced the step 2, but thats not cos of this book. it may be a great book for whatever purpose......but not for the step 2 exam. try adam brochert's secrets or crush series. they are like 100 times better. i mean it. trust me on this one.
if you are looking for blue prints books for the step 2....i highly recommend the OBGYN and pediatrics ones.

4-0 out of 5 stars Excellent for STEP 2
This book and the whole collection of blueprints are the best sources for the USMLE step 2, they are a killing combination with Crush the boards, they are easy-to-read and they cover the most high yield stuff, also you got to use a good source of questions and practice a LOT, this is the secret to acing the USMLE.If you want to practice clinical vignettes, the Underground clinical vignettes are great . I got an amazing score in the step 2 thank to these books. Good luck !

5-0 out of 5 stars Helpful resource for students creating case histories.
If you're a librarian serving first year med students who need to create case histories for hypothetical patients, you'll love this book. Blueprints in Medicine contains the information the students need, usually at a level they can comprehend (with the aid of a dictionary), and contains very little "excess" information.

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent review for wards and Step 2
This book helped me rock Step 2. It may be inappropriate for Step 3, but for Step 2 it's very good. If you want concise review of relevant, high-yield topics in internal medicine, look no further. Helps for 3rd year rotations too. ... Read more

Book Description

The Master Validation Plan provides a roadmap to management for on-time start-up of facility operations, and validation of existing facilities, in compliance with GMP requirements. The lack of a comprehensive Master Validation Plan and well-documented validation procedures is the main reason that new drug, medical device, medical equipment, and related product applications are rejected by the FDA. In fact, only about 2% of the applications submitted by foreign pharmaceutical companies are approved each year. This thorough guide provides the needed solutions and guidance for both foreign and U.S. companies to achieve FDA compliance and authorization to market their products in the United States. Pharmaceutical Master Validation Plan: The Ultimate Guide to FDA, GMP, and GLP Compliance will allow you to more easily achieve satisfactory inspections, new medical product approval, minimize non-conformance, reduce rework and rejected lots, and avoid recall lots by developing and managing a Master Validation Plan. The accompanying CD allows users to input the template plan into their computers and tailor it to incorporate additional regulatory requirements specific to individual companies worldwide and print the required documents. Together, the book and CD contain everything required to develop and execute a successful Master Validation Plan based on FDA guidelines for the pharmaceutical industry, and allows the templates to be extended to diagnostic products, medical device, medical equipment, and biotech industry products. ... 1-0 out of 5 stars No actual content
I'm sorry to report that this book merely presents an outline of steps to take, along with a collection of document templates, neither of which contain any actual "content". In other words, it tells you "what", but not "how". If you're looking for insight and real-world examples, look elsewhere. I couldn't justify a bunch of blank forms and outlines for such a cover-price. I sent mine back and Amazon graciously refunded my money.

Book Description

The control of reactivity to achieve specific syntheses is one of the overarching goals of organic chemistry. In the decade since the publication of the third edition, major advances have been made in the development of efficient new methods, particularly catalytic processes, and in means for control of reaction stereochemistry.

This volume assumes a level of familiarity with structural and mechanistic concepts comparable to that in the companion volume, Part A, Structures and Mechanisms. Together, the two volumes are intended to provide the advanced undergraduate or beginning graduate student in chemistry with a sufficient foundation to comprehend and use the research literature in organic chemistry. ... 3-0 out of 5 stars Had it for a couse, it wasnt as good as others
I had an advanced organic course in college for which this was the text. I don't really know what was wrong with the book specifically, but I often used other sources instead of this book. This book is definitly numerically oriented, deals mroe with physical chemistry than organic, I think. There are better organic books out there.

5-0 out of 5 stars Course on Organic Synthesis
Carey and Sundberg had written the most detailed and briliant account in the subject of organic chemistry. This volume along with Part A (Structure and Mechanisms) contribute to the most updated account in advanced organic chemistry. Part B deals with organic reactions with emphasis on stereochemical consequences. Discussion focuses on the most important reactions and methods in modern organic synthesis.

Alkylation of nucleophilic carbon intermediates discuss regioselectivity and stereoselectivity in enolate formation. The coverage on enolate alkylation is excellent that emphasizes on the model that predicts the stereochemistry of alkylation. The discussion also introduces Ireland model and Zimmerman-Traxler model. Reaction of carbon nucleophiles with carbonyl groups focuses on some of the most significant reactions: Mannich reaction, mixed aldol reaction, Wittig reaction and the Horner-Wadsworth-Emmon reaction. The discussion again focuses on control of regiochemistry and stereochemistry of the condensation via the use of chair transition states.

The best sections in this Part B volume of the book is the complete detailed discussion on reduction and oxidation, Reduction reagents and methods introduced include hydrogenation, hydride donors, stereoselective hydride reduction, various dissolving metal reductions. Oxidation chapter summerizes all important methods like transition-metal oxidant, Collins reagents, epoxidation, peroxidic reagents, ozonolysis, and selective oxidation of certain functional groups.

The revised Part B edition also includes full discussion on reactions involving transition metals and organoboron, organosilicon, and organotin compounds. This includes some of the most updated and current research topics. Other topics covered include reaction of reactive intermediates like carbocations, carbenes, and radicals. Finally, a chapter is devoted to the cycloadditions, unimolecular rearrangements, and thermal eliminations. The last chapter deals with planning multi-step organic synthesis with an emphasis on retrosynthetic analysis. This book has made organic synthesis approachable and easier to comprehend.

5-0 out of 5 stars Magnificient in its own essence
I found this book extremely easy to read and makes a great addition to the library owned by an organic chemist. Certainly, this book deserves much attention and I believe that it describes many concepts in a simpler manner when comparison to Jerry March's book is called upon. The book is well-written and is exactly what undergraduate students interested in organic chemistry need to read if they want to expand their knowledge of the field without getting into a complex text right away. Definitively, I recommend this book in the shelf of any practicing and non-practicing chemist.

4-0 out of 5 stars A White Pages of Organic Chemistry
Overall, I didn't much enjoy reading this book, as its style is basically to present one reaction after another. I did learn a lot, however. I think the book would be helped by having some unifying strategy of synthesis presented. I read Warren's _Organic Synthesis: the Disconnection Approach_ along with this one and it helped a great deal with getting a grasp of the big picture of organic synthesis.

4-0 out of 5 stars Strong graduate-level text
While a bit dated (1990), it is nevertheless a comprehensive overview of organic synthesis suitable for upper-level undergraduates or graduate students in organic chemistry. Unlike reference works like March, it is more of a textbook - however, a good number of references (with few mistakes) are provided. Along with part "A" of the series and a more reference-oriented work such as March, it provides a solid foundation and entry point to the literature for advanced students of organic chemistry. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars A Must for Certification Review
This book has everything that you need to pass the certification exam. Prescriptions, filling, labelling, record keeping, OSHA, computers and law are all covered thoroughly. There are also chapters on pharmacology and ten chapters on math [the book covers almost every type of dosage calculation very thorougly]. Everything is explained exceptionally well, and is easy to understand. Review questions at the end of each chapter are asked, answered, and explained in detail, so that you understand how to answer questions and do the calculations for the exam. It explains "why", and helps you to understand and apply the information. Each chapter has a "quick study" guide for easy reviewing. There is a "pre-test" to help prioritize study and pinpoint weak points, and a mock certification exam, which follows the format of the exam, and includes questions very similar to the questions appearing on the exam. Helpful hints for taking the exam and answering questions are also included. This book is a must, especially for retail techs [a lot of hospital pharmacy is included], and particularly for understanding the math.

5-0 out of 5 stars A MUST for pharmacy certification exam review
This text is an excellent review text. It is written for persons all levels of experience - quick study guides allow the student to skip what he or she is already familiar with, and detailed chapters are included for those who are not familiar with subjects. Questions or problems at the end of each chapter are answered in detail, to allow the student to see what the examiner is looking for and hopefully duplicate it for the exam, rather than simply designating the correct answer and leaving the student to guess why their answer was incorrect. This is really key, as a large part of the success on the exam is understanding what the question is asking and what the examiner wants to know.

Other salient features include a pre-test, to allow the student to pinpoint weaknesses and prioritize study, a sample certification exam, which is written to duplicate the exam in both style and content, and a very large and detailed section on pharmacy math, which includes every type of calculation which might appear on the exam, and as a practice math test. Since the lack of ability to solve math problems is a primary reason why students fail the exam, this is an excellent preparation aid. The text also teaches the student to think and understand, which is necessary for the exam, as it is not all regurgitation of material - you have to know how to USE and apply the material.

All relevant subjects are covered and discussed in detail. An excellent buy for the money, for students of pharmacy technology - and expecially for technicians trained in a retail pharmacy who may be lacking in hospital pharmacy.

This text could even be used as for a pharmacy technology quick study course, or self study course as it is quite complete.

4-0 out of 5 stars Typos don't help
This book is a must for all future technicians. It has a few noticable typos that don't help but can be overloooked for the quantity of information and excellent outline of the book. I would recommend this book to anyone that's looking to get in a career as a pharmacy technician, just pay attention to the questions and their answers since this publisher could not afford to proof-read.

2-0 out of 5 stars too many errors in math
I bought this book (2004 edition) on the advice found in other reviews in this section. Like others, I have never worked in a pharmacy, have a tech-industry background that is going nowhere in this economy, and decided to pursue the medical industry which I've always been interested in. My first step was to go for the Pharm Tech Certification, so I bought this book to prepare for the exam. I do believe it helped with the general pharmacy practice and with the pharmacology and law sections, but I had to go out and purchase a second book on pharmacy math because of all the errors and inconsistencies in the math section of this book. There are errors in several of the examples, in many of the practice questions at the end of each chapter, and even in the sample tests, many of them quite blatantly wrong while others can only be determined wrong if you are strong in math, and it was too confusing. It appears nobody proofed the math section of this book before publishing. It cost me another $40 for a secondary book to review the math and learn the formulas. Since the sections on pharmacology and law are completely new to me, I was not able to determine if there were errors in those sections, but the math section DID leave me wondering if other things were wrong, too. I basically lost my confidence in this book. As a result, I decided to also purchase another study guide by another author as a backup. These errors cost me nearly $100 in further purchases!!

3-0 out of 5 stars Just took the Pharm. Tech. Cert. Exam
(2nd edition). This book was good but had the potential to be an exceptional one-source study guide for the PTCExam if it wasn't for the mathematical errors, typos, etc. On one math question, the variables were different between the question and the answer/explanation (The question wanted you to fill an order for 0.5g of a drug from a supply of 200mg /5ml solution. The answer was based on 0.75mg of drug from a 250mg /5ml supply). This was frustrating at times, especially since I purchased this book primarily for the math review.

The book is laid out very well, and covers quite a lot of information. It is pretty up to date on state and fed. regulations such as the April 2003 HIPAA revisions.

It's too bad it wasn't proof read very well. Overall, this book is still a usefull study guide for the exam as long as you look out for the mathematical errors. With this book's help, I do believe (and hope!) I passed the exam. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Helpful study guide!
I have no pharmacy experience and want to obtain a part-time position as a technician to gain experience prior to applying for pharmacy school next year. In TX, certification is required, so I took the exam on Nov. 15, 03. This is the only book that I studied, and I passed w/ a scaled score of 837 (scale is from 300-900; 650 is passing score). As another reviewer stated, this is a great prep for the math questions. I felt confident in each math question I answered on the exam b/c of this book. I highly recommend it!

5-0 out of 5 stars Easy read and best math prep for PTCB Certification
I'm med student (looking for summer job to help me learn my meds for next year) & had no knowledge of the profession. I studied Noah's book as part of a pharm tech class and got it in 1st week of February 2003 and easily scored a 790 (out of 300-900 scale) on March 30th 2003, without knowing ANY of the meds on the PTCB because I was able to know each and every math question through his book. His formulas are excellent and he teaches alligations which only pharmacists are familiar with but make calculations an absolute breeze. He has several practice exams which simulate the PTCB test better then the PTCB's own practice test on their website, (PTCB's practice test was harder) and some of the exact questions I swear showed up on the board test with a slight change of word or number inserted. If you do all of his practice exams their is no way you can fail. You need to know all of your class I-V schedule drugs, not inside and out, just to be able to identify them in their category. Medical terminology/abreviations for reading prescriptions is excellent don't worry about any abbreviations not in his text. Also, if you are familiar with dimensional analysis used in high school chemistry you can easily do conversions a whole lot easier. (e.g. 5ml=1teaspoon). Know your conversions! I think Noah even sits on the board to make up the questions for the PTCB so if you don't buy this book you'll be taking that exam again. I met professional pharmacy students at the test site who were their to sit for it again. You don't want to be one of them, the exam cost [$$$] each time you sit for it. The only good things about the exam is that they give you plenty of time and you can bring a calculater. Just have a study schedule, discipline and this book and don't waste money on a pharm tech course.

4-0 out of 5 stars Good overall review - helpful in preparing for exam
I found this book to be very helpful in preparing for the certification exam. But there were a tremendous amount of typographical errors and a couple of incorrect anwers. Fourth printing needs to be proofread better. Despite this, I would recommend this book.

5-0 out of 5 stars Applied Therapeutics
Not just a drug reference, this is a clinical book.... teaches critical thinking and application of drugs, recommended by many PharmD's. You'll use it for ever.

5-0 out of 5 stars IF YOU ONLY NEED ONE BOOK IN PHARMACY; THIS IS IT!!!!
Very Nicely Done!!! There are some Typos, but overall it is an awesome book. A must for any pharmacist/pharmacy student!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars This Is The Gold Standard For Pharmacy
The best book anywhere on the subject of applied therapeutics. The format is easy to follow, a series of logical questions and answer leading to intelligent therapeutic conclusions. Each section is written by a leading expert in their field.

5-0 out of 5 stars It is like having a pharmacy consult sitting next to you
This book now slightly outdated, has two very valuable features. First it is very thorough. Practically every drug and its therapeutic application is discussed. Second the discussion is not just a factual presentation in the PDR sense but an attempted detailed clinical evaluation. Specific patient scenerio's are portrayed with various choices, considerations and outcomes. The patient Rx question is reviewed as if the particular patient is before you and you are on the phone with the pharmacy consult. I find it very useful to gain a picture of a careful, slow and detailed evaluation of proper patient Rx practices. This is not written as a quick reference guide, it is a course in itself on clinical Rx methods and approaches. It is a wonderful book to add to your library. I have no doubt that it's approach will provide better patient care. What it needs is an on-line update feature.

5-0 out of 5 stars ***A complete CLINICAL review of medications
This is a very thorough and clinically-based book on pharmacology. The question and answer format goes directly to the heart of medication problems seen in a medical practice. Sections follow disease processes well and are indexed well. I wish this book had been available in medical school. It is very detailed for all levels, yet presents information is a succinct, readable format. This is not a PDR; it is a clinical text with immediate practical advice. If you read the sections on acne and hypertension you will realize this is not your usual general pharmacology text. The fine details of treatment are all there ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars great for therapeutics class and for pharmacy practice
This is a great book, easy to read and follow. Concise enough where you can read it fast but with enough background information so the drug therapy makes sense. You will get a thorough understanding on what drugs are used and why. Picks up on the key points a pharmacist needs to know in practice and a student or someone who is studying for the boards needs to know for exams. Flowcharts are great, has JNC-VI guidelines which are the standard when it comes to drug therapy and pharmaceutical care. Overall, a great book that will enhance your understanding by leaps and bounds.

5-0 out of 5 stars Extremely needed
an excellent reference for students in their clinical clerkship rotations. It does facilitate life as it is extremely well written with the right details..

5-0 out of 5 stars Thorough, yet concise, coverage of all major disease states
This is the best formatted, most current handbook on pharmacotherapy. I especially appreciate the pathophysiologic approach, drug treatment, and monitoring parameters outlined throughout the book. Chapters are concise, and yet offer thorough coverage of the most commonly encountered disease states. Each chapter is written by one or more expert in the field; chapters can be read very quickly. A great working tool for clinical pharmacists. I definetely recommend it. ... Read more

Book Description

The peroral application (swallowing) of a medicine means that the body must first resorb the active substance before it can begin to take effect. The efficacy of drug uptake depends on the one hand on the chemical characteristics of the active substance, above all on its solubility and membrane permeability. On the other hand, it is determined by the organism's ability to absorb pharmaceuticals by way of specific transport proteins or to excrete them. Since many pharmacologically active substances are poorly suited for oral intake, a decisive criterion for the efficacy of a medicine is its so-called bioavailability.

Written by an international team from academia and the pharmaceutical industry, this book covers all aspects of the oral bioavailability of medicines. The focus is placed on methods for determining the parameters relevant to bioavailability. These range from modern physicochemical techniques via biological studies in vitro and in vivo right up to computer-aided predictions. The authors specifically address possibilities for optimizing bioavailability during the early screening stage for the active substance.
Its clear structure and comprehensive coverage make this book equally suitable for researchers and lecturers in industry and teaching.

5-0 out of 5 stars Big applause!
This book is crucial to the life of a medical transcriptionist. Updated annually, as the world of pharmaceuticals changes on an ongoing basis, Saunders has the king of drug word books. They cross-reference medications, list info for the generic and brand name drugs under each (e.g. "acetominophen" and "Tylenol" with same info) to minimize double-lookup, unlike the so-called "Quick Look Drug Book." Experimental drugs and discontinued products are listed together with the rest, so one does not have to access a separate appendix. Strengths of dosage (20 mg, 40 mg, etc.) are given, generics are not capitalized, etc., all critical info for an MT. Also included is a "sound-alike" list as well as "sound-alike" info within each individual entry, which often is very helpful. There are other similar publications out there and I've tried several, but Saunders is clearly the best IMO for the transcriptionist's needs. ... Read more
